Edinburgh Joint Venue Brochure 2018

The Joint Venue Brochure continues to prove itself the essential festival companion for hundreds of thousands of Edinburgh visitors, distributing 150,000 copies nationally, and providing in-depth, image-rich info about comedy, theatre, music and more at the world’s largest arts festival. 2018 will see another bumper issue of all things Fringe at Assembly, Gilded Balloon, Pleasance and Underbelly. The brochure is available in cafes, bars, theatres, airports, shopping centres and nationally by post. The big, bold and bright format, bound in a hard-wearing glossy cover, is a proven favourite of festival-goers and is seen literally EVERYWHERE during the festival period.

2018 Toronto Fringe Website Ads

Looking for some super affordable marketing options to promote to the Toronto Fringe audience? Consider placing an ad at fringetoronto.com.

Your ad will run from June 7 – July 15 on the show listings page of our site, which last year received 100,000+ views during festival season!

Specs:
If submitting a JPEG, please submit at 600x600px for high-res compression. If you would like to submit a GIF, please submit at 300x300px. All ads will display at 300x300px.

2018 Edmonton International Fringe Theatre Festival Artist Ads

We have two opportunities for you to elevate your show through advertising! Ads are available for purchase in our Festival Guide, as well as large Billboard ads that run along the base of the main outdoor show poster wall. We have limited ad space available for purchase. We will sell space on a first come, first serve basis.

Festival Guide

  • Festival Guide (Full Page Ad): Artist Price: $1,500 CAD
  • Festival Guide (Half Page Ad): Artist Price: $900 CAD
  • Festival Guide (Quarter Page Ad): Artist Price: $600 CAD

Festival Billboard

  • Festival Billboard: Artist Price: $900 CAD

Payment Options:

  • Payment Invoice: By choosing this option, you will be issued an invoice at the end of June. You will have 30 days from the invoice date to complete payment.
  • From Proceeds: By choosing this option, your ad payment will come out of your final payout. By selecting this option, you confirm that you have consulted all relevant parties related to your production and received their consent for Fringe Theatre to deduct the full amount of our invoice from the prior to payout.”

Deadlines: 

Booking and Artwork Deadline is Monday, June 18th at 5 PM(MST).

  • Payment Invoices will be sent out one week after the deadline and are due 30 days from invoice date.
  • From Proceeds option will be deducted at the end of the Festival from your gross box office sales final payout.

Ad Specs:

o    Text must be at least 0.5” inside of each edge for all designs.

o    CMYK: please convert all RGB, spot and pantone colours to 4-colour process.

o    Ads must be camera ready high resolution (300 dpi).

o    We accept the following file formats:

  •             PDF: Please embed all fonts with no image compression. Use JPEG high quality and turn off OPI”.
  •             InDesign: Preflight check and package images and fonts. The file should be TIF, JPEG high quality.
  •             EPS: Convert fonts to outline and rasterize effects to 300 dpi. Turn off overprint and save with 8-bit preview and thumbnail.
  •             JPEG: JPEGs must be high resolution. 

Advertising Policy:

Acceptance of any advertisement is at the sole discretion of Fringe Theatre. All copy and graphics are subject to the publisher’s approval. Advertisers and anyone acting on their behalf assumes the liability and responsibility for all contents (including text, representation, and illustrations) of the advertisements printed and agrees to save Fringe Theatre from any claims that may arise. Advertisers warrant that they have, where such are required, obtained any Government approvals of advertisements and images submitted for publication.
